Report Export Permission Separate from Contact Exporting
Our sales team does not have access to export contact records, but they do need the ability to export reports. The current permission is all or none, so now we (marketing admins) have to pull the reports and send it to them. It would be great to modularize these permissions.
Granluar exports for reporting is holding back our sales team's capability massively. By allowing export under CRM tools it allows contact data to be exported as well as reports so doesn't work for us and keeping our contact data secure.
HubSpot, we need the ability to selectively allow some data to be reported without allowing freedom of exporting our data. For example, I have a report called "Prospective Partners". I would like to email this report daily to our VP Partnership's assistant without giving them the ability to export all our company data. The report includes the few partners they are actively pursuing as prospects, not 250K+ contacts which is too big of a risk of data loss to allow them to export all.
Perhaps a work around to expanded permissions is the ability for an admin to schedule a report export?
Agree!! We also need the ability to selectively allow some data to be exported without Users being able to export ALL data from HubSpot (such as all contacts).
Agreed, this granularity in permissions is needed. Our team is flooded with calls for simple extracts (without contact data) that they would be able to pull from reports and dashboards that they have permission to view.
