Report Differentiating Manually Logged Calls Vs. Dial Through CRM Calls

Dear Hubspot Dev Ninjas,


We have appointment setters that are supposed to be dialing through the CRM for tracking and reporting purposes. Unfortunately, we believe some of them may simply be logging calls that didn't actually happen to inflate their call numbers. 

 

If possible, it'd be nice to pull a report that shows how many calls were:

Logged Calls (not dialed through the CRM)

Dial Through-CRM Calls

 

Can you please help with this?
