Report Comparing Previous Time Periods Comparison Arrows

It would be great if you could customize the color of the arrows in reporting that compares data to a previous period. Sometimes a decrease is positive while an increase is negative but the current colors of the arrows red vs green make it seem like only an increase is positive and all decreases are negative. 

For example this report we are doing better if we are seeing a decrease in the time spent. So it would be great to have the arrows show up as green to signify improvement.

This would be a significant feature!  The whole point of a dashboard is to interpret a lot information quickly and visually.  When you see a green arrow going up it tells your brain something good is happening; just like seeing a red arrow pointing down is an indicaiton of something negative.  That is all fine, unless you're trying to achieve lower numbers (time to respond to tickets, average wait times, etc.) and the higher you are the more negative the situation.  Simply put it confusses the information.  Thanks!
