Hi there! I'd love to be able to reply to a form from a potential client quickly. Right now, I have to:
1. Change the subject line
2. Change the 'Hubspot no-reply' email address to the one the customer provided (I see other ideas submitted dating back to 2018 with a bunch of upvotes on this single issue alone.)
3. Edit the form by deleting the Hubspot logo and all links directing to the lead's contact
Before using Hubspot, we had a simple WordPress form on our website that had the reply-to email address set as the one the client submits, the subject line was "Incoming Site Mail" which was totally cool when hitting reply and the form wasn't branded so that we could just hit reply and start a conversation with the potential client. Would be really nice to have something simple like that again.
