Replying or Forwarding email thread on Hubspot Mobile App

I just noticed that Hubspot mobile app does not have the option of replying to or forwarding an email thread. Though we do have this option on the website but no option for this on the mobile app.
Hi all, happy to let you know that Forwarding is now available on iOS in version 4.17. We have also added the ability to expand on previous threads, not only when forwarding but also when replying. We hope to bring these features to Android very soon. Thanks all for your patience.
Email reply is now live on iOS version 4.11, and Android 3.19. Please update your iOS or Android app on the app store, log out and back in again to refresh the app.
This is the first small enhancement, there are many more improvements for email in the HubSpot mobile app to come!
This is now live on Android in version 3.19. If you update your app to this version, log out and back in again, you should be able to use the Email Reply actions.
This is true.. I'm pleased to update this community that the ability to Reply to Emails is now live in the HubSpot Mobile App! Please update your iOS or Android app on the app store to access this. This is the first small enhancement of mant we are working on, I look forward to updating you all once more improvements to email in the HubSpot mobile app goes live.

Do you have to go into the app and find the contact with the email and reply that way every time? or will you get a notification alert from HubSpot pop up on your phone and can click it to reply? The same was as the email would pop up from Outlook or Gmail.
>From What I can tell, you can allow notifications. By tapping on the notification, HS will bring up the ticket itself where you will see the email and be able to reply within the ticket. It does not redirect to an email source outside of Hubspot, it retains replies within the ticket, which is ideal.
