Removing 'sent' emails from the Conversations Inbox.

When our team emails people from their contact profile, their sent email shows up as a new message in the Conversations Inbox. This clutters the inbox and actually takes up time from the team to close out the messages. Please add a way to turn off the syncing from email sends and limit it to only replies.

Hey there, 

 

We recently added a "sent" view in Conversations. Emails sent out of HubSpot will no longer show up as New conversations in Inbox until that email received a reply from an external recipient! We hope this directly solves this idea!

Hi @mfreiert,

we are facing the same problem with sent messages in our inbox. I know that there is a sent view but sent messages are still shown as open conversations in our inbox. Do you know if there is any way to remove the sent messages?
