Remove the CSS blur from the overlay when creating a new item in the file editor.

This may seem like a silly issue to have, but while it is very "stylish" to use the blue on the overlay element in the hubl/html editor area, it is a bit of a pain when trying to create a new file. I am sure many developers are trying to use proper naming conventions when creating new templates or modules, but I often have to close the "create a module" tool just to look at the items I've already made, because I cannot see them on the screen (behind the popup) because of the CSS blue that is added to the overlay.
Again, a very minor complaint, but it would speed up workflow for some I am sure.
