Can we please have the option to remove the following sentences from the meeting schedular?
"There are no available times with this duration with {HubSpot User} today.
You can still request a meeting by emailing them at {Email address}"
The whole point for a meeting schuelar is to remove the manual process of booking meetings, and if there is availability, what is the point in displaying this message?
In addition, what if the email address is solely used for calendar bookings and is not monitored?
HubSpot please give the option to remove this message from the meeting schedular!!

I love this idea! I won't be changing the status of this idea until my team actually begins development on it, but I wanted to let you know that we are chatting about it! I'll update the status here once my team has had a chance to plan out some options. And I'd love to reach out to a few of you to get your feedback once we have a design to share!
I have the same problem!! We DO NOT want to display users emails address much less tell them t contact them directly to schedule a meeting!! Please give us this feature ASAP!!!
+1 to this on behalf of a user, it is important to have the option of removing this message for people who don't want to offer an option to email the user
This absolutely needs to be corrected. We deal with a high volume of prospects and they tend to bypass our systems by sending direct emails to our reps when we have no other availability. The fact this can't be edited or disabled seems insanity.
Allowing prospects to email us directly from the scheduling page undermines the purpose of having one. Some of our team members are receiving 15+ emails a day asking for availability, even when their calendars are fully booked. This not only creates unnecessary manual coordination but also gives the impression that we’re not being transparent about our availability.
It would be incredibly helpful if we could either disable the display of our email addresses on the booking page or customize the messaging to guide users toward using the scheduler as intended. This would help reduce inbox clutter and reinforce the scheduling page as the primary tool for booking a meeting.
