So on Dec 19th, test accounts had limits put onto them which limits them to 25 webpages and 1 blog.
A test account is meant to be a place to test various templates and functionalities, so this limitation puts a massive restraint on my development work.
For example, I'm currently building a site for a client who is going to have 2 blogs, each slightly different from each other, so they have to be separate templates. I can no longer test them next to each other, but rather I will have to create yet another dev account in order to just preview the 2nd blog.
People have suggested using sandbox accounts, but of course, sandbox accounts are:
1. Limited to enterprise accounts
2. Binded to 1 specific account, so I can't really use client A's account to do client B's dev work
