Remove completed tasks from "upcoming" in activities timeline/ reordering tasks on contact timeline
I would like to see the "upcoming" section of the activities timeline only show (or have the option to only show) uncompleted tasks and meetings.
Currently it is showing tasks in date order, regardless of if they are compleded or not. When you have several tasks, particularly tasks that are being completed by diffferent team members, tasks that are yet to be done can get burried in tasks that have already been completed.
It would be great if there was a way to make all yet to be done tasks at the top of the file, even better to have overdue tasks at the very top.
Another option to achieve this would be to allow us to reorder tasks by completed date rather than due date. This would actually make more sense in terms of a timeline as the date that they were completed is more important when checking on progress than the date it was due in many cases.
I'd like the option to remove completed tasks entirely from the timeline; to me they clutter up the timeline so it's harder to see at a glance the content of the emails, calls, and meetings.
