The related articles section is a great feature, but sometimes due to the nature of the subject, the articles suggested are totally unrelated, and cause confusion. It would be very helpful to be able to edit the list of suggested related articles.
Yes, it would be very helpful if we could edit the list of Related articles. In our KB, it is a list of unrelated articles at the moment. I did not even find a way to disable it. Any ideas? Thanks!
We found that the auto-generated Related Articles for our Release Notes category items would gather a seemlingly random set of much older releases, rather than articles impacted by the new release text or even the most recent release notes. The response from HubSpot support was the familiar, Hm, sounds good, talk it up with the community because we don't see this as anything worth pursuing. Very frustrating that this is where ideas for improvement go to die.
Re Sscmid's comment from 1.25 years ago - you can completely disable Related Articles in Knowledgebase Settings, that's the only modification available.
The ability to edit the list of related blogs which appear below blog posts is a similar feature I would like to see editable. I assume it works on the same algorithm as the knowledge base articles.
