My team are struggling with the space the new sidebar takes up when it is hovered over, as it blocks a lot of their view. Is there anything we can do to change this?
@hubspot the new menu makes no sense. It takes up too much valuable screen real estate and requires hovering and too many clicks. Navigation should be simple and fast - like the original menu. Why waste efforts on messing up a menu that was perfect when there are several other items you could improve? At least give us the option to choose which menu version we prefer. One of the main reasons for a CRM is to increase efficiency, not jam up simple processes. Please fix this mess.
@hubspotthe new menu really makes no sense. When it is expanded, it takes up far too much valuable space (!). But even worse when it's collapsed: you now constantly need 2 clicks where previously only one click was necessary.
Example: Now you first have to click on CRM and then on Tasks. If you work intensively with Hubspot, that's dozens or even hundreds of clicks too many every day and a completely unnecessary complication of the UX.
Please test it yourself and go through the different menu items 100 times a day. It is absolutely annoying.
