Refine list filters for Workflow enrolment

As with some other properties, it is possible to refine the filters with dates. 

It would be an excellent addition to be able to filter who enrolled in the workflow in a given period from within the list creation process. 

In some cases, we are looking to know who enrolled during a particular period and see what properties were updated from that specific workflow in a given time.
