Redacting Information in conversations

From time to time, we may have clients accidentally share personal/sensitive information. 

We would like the ability to redact certain information in a conversation thread to help protect our clients' sensitive info (billing CC, etc).

This should 100% be a feature in the tool, we don't always control the information customers/users send us but need to respect that information and ensure sensitive details are not stored anywhere if we can help it.  The platform should have the same level of due diligence as we do to protect sensitive information of our customers.  How long will this go on where Hubspot allows PII to be stored on its platform??

We need to on the fly be able to redact customers' who share their senstive information on accident. The current tool  doesn't consistently find the customer account that shared the sensitive data and then we have to wait a full 30 days to run the scan again for that account.
