It would be fantastic if we could setup a recurring email for a specific report. In my use case, we regularly export the sent marketing emails to csv and report on them.
If this could be scheduled monthly to either send me an email or save to a shared drive location such as onedrive that would be super helpful.
Another option would be to make pulling this data out of the API a possibility that would provie the same benefit.
I agree 100%. It's strange that you can email an entire dashboard but not a specific report. In the meantime, to work around this, I have created a dashboard with all the reports I want to go to a specific audience and set up a recurring email of that entire dashboard to go to those folks. It's clunky but it works for now.

Yeah, Need this. I can export a CSV but can't schedule a CSV.
In the meantime, perhaps update your documentation to specify very clearly that "You cannot schedule CSV reports." that will at least save us all some time.

That's like a logic test to see if the reader can ascertain that there is no way to schedule a CSV.
Yes, while we have the ability to schedule emails of the "HubSpot" report to other HubSpot users, and separately export the CSV files, there's no way to schedule a CSV report file to be exported. Really would like to get this established here for easier sharing of report information and feeding into other reports.
@schatterjee any updates to the ability to schedule reports with a CSV? I have a customer who needs to receive data we have in our hubspot instance 3 times a week. This is all manual and a huge inconvenience. Would also be nice to schedule emails to those outside of our instance, but that's just a nice to have. The ability to receive a report via email with a complete download is what we need. Salesforce has it for crying out loud. And their automation is garbage.
Can we have this in place soon? Our business needs to export the data from the reports for auditing and the audit needs to be done once a month, if we could have the CSV file scheduled to be sent to our auditors it would save so much time instead of doing this manually once a month!
It would be great to be able to send the report from a specific user aswell, most CEO's etc would be likely to miss an email directly from HubSpot as opposed to an employee
We have integrated our current client management system with HubSpot and I would love to be able to create scheduled reports to assist with duplication management.
Here to say we really need this too. I need to be able to schedule report exports to members of team who are not in HubSpot and have no interest in being in there, so they get a regular weekly email with a report attached. Period. Since people have asked for this for years, I hope HS can do it soon.
Hello, wanted to ask if there is any update on this topic since in the hubspot app it still says multi object reports will be available for scheduling in the future. But there is no additional information on that (even if i click the link):
