For training and quality purposes and from a visability and continous improvement standpoint, it would be great if we had the possibility of recording Microsoft teams meetings so that they are visible in Hubspot. At the moment we have call recordings and visabbility over e-mail however, as a customer moves further down their buyer journey, there is typically a teams meeting involved to showcase our solution. It is here where we are unable to record, review and learn from conversations within Hubspot.

Regarding meeting recording funcationality requested in this thread, this is still on our roadmap - we are working closely with our partners at Microsoft to make this funcationality available in our integration.
It will still take some time before we can deliver this functionality. I will keep you posted on our progress.

yes! We are looking for this functionality as well. We use teams meetings more than phone calls and it would be nice to be able to have those recordings similar to the hubspot call recording capabilities.
We would also appreciate to have recordings of Teams Meetings scheduled via HubSpot available in the HubSpot contact activities. The same works for recordings of Aircall conversations via the Aircall integration, and it would be lovely to have the same functionality for Teams Calls.
Yes! This is something we definitely need for Enterprise. Would be good for HubSpot revenue too since it would motivate more organizations to invest in HubSpot sales tools.
Yes please! Specifically, having Teams meeting recordings and transcripts to be available in HubSpot, like the integration for Zoom<>HubSpot works, would be fanastic.
