Recent deal close data more or less than on companies

When creating workflows its not possible to select e.g. recent deal close date is more that X weeks ago for company properties like it is if its a contact properties. If we have a B2B scenario its much more relevant to kick off flows based on whats happens on the account rather than on the contact. 

I want to start a reengage flow if the company did not place an order but can only get the view on contacts which might mean I will try to reengage a company which is active only the specific contact I am looking at is not..
