Zendesk has a feature which automatically translates chats if your customer is chatting in another language.
It uses Google Translate to translate the conversation so that we see the visitor's message in English, we reply in English, but then the visitor sees it in their own language.
This is a vital feature for anyone selling internationally.
Please could you include it in the Hubspot live chat.
@jpsimpson Thanks. I have not used it, but I have seen a newish app from Lokalise that does what BabelBot did. I do not know how Lokalise charges for it, but worth a look.

Thanks for the suggestion Scot. We've actually been using Lokalise for the last year. I wanted to revisit and compare with Babelbot, but it's been working well for us.
We'll be sure to look at the other services Cambium provides!
Our clients would appreciate a live translation, too. Many other tools already offer this and HubSpot is not yet able to do this. With AI, however, I think this should be quite possible and HubSpot could make the chat much more attractive @MaxFesten

A shame BabelBot stopped, as now Lokalise seems to be the only one on the market and their price are extortionate. The down side of having someone with a monopoly.
Hopefully Hubspot realises that their customers are selling in different coutries, and can offer this feature natively.
This is a must! Our clients speak multiple languages and we are using HubSpot in hospitality! We need translation options in conversation inbox and chat!
