When I'm in ticket view, I'd like to be able to go to any conversation in the inbox view.
Right now I only see a maximum of five conversations in the sidebar in the ticket view and there is also no button to expand to see more than five.
Also in the ticket view in the email tab, there is no button or link to go directly to the conversation in the inbox.
