Re-subscription via workflow

Hi,

 

I created a workflow for 'Customer service communication' subscription.

 

Scenario:

The idea was to subscribe contacts that become clients and unsubscribe them when the contract is over. Re-subscribe them when they come back again as clients and so on.

 

In short - Subscribe and unsubcribe contacts based on where they are at in the Lifecycle

 

Issue:

What I realised later is that once its unsubscribed, the part of the workflow to re-subscribe when they come back as a client, doesnt work.

We have to mannually re-subscribe them.

 

Request:

It would be great to be able to set up a workflow to re-subscribe contact based on 'source' of unsubscription.

This is an excellent idea and one I would also absolutely support. If I can't re-subscribe users then I don't have an accurate overview of who has what subscription.
