Re-order contacts in Contact Object associated with a company, e.g. based on association labels
When I add the "Primary contact" association label to a contact card, it doesn't get re-ordered to the top of the list. So no other account owners or team members will know that a primary contact has been allocated.

Was chatting with support about this. Wondering if there is a way to change the order of contacts listed on an account, company, and deal. I find myself having to click "show more" to find my main contacts. Is there a way we can pin them to the top somehow?
Any updates on this? Is this an available feature yet? We really need to be able to sort the contacts on the right side of the company with "Primary" flowing to the top.
Yes, I agree with many of the folks who have already responded. I have customers where I have one or two main points of contacts and I have to scroll down every time to find them if I go into their account because I can't move them to the top of the contact list. I am not an IT person so I don't know how difficult this emhancement would be...but it would make the platform much more user friendly!
YES PLEASE DO THIS. As more contacts get added for a company the originally created contacts slide down the list and dissapear from default view in company record. Typically the 1st contacts added are DECISION MAKERS - and once they become a client we then have 10 other lower level team members. I can't believe this feature doesn't exist yet. Or at least ability to PIN the most important contacts to the very top. Now to check who the decision maker is I have to click "view more" twice and then scroll down a list of 15-20 contacts on the company record.
Is there an update on this @MMorgan6 ? I see you were requesting feedback a year ago. We have a few scenarios where this would be valuable. I can see most of them have been mentioned above, but another that I can't see is the ability to hide specific association labels too. Where a contact has left a company and we have the label 'previous employee' it would be handy to be able to hide from staff but not admin.
Hi there, @MMorgan6 following up on this - it's very frustrating when working on a company with 100+ employees to have no control over what contacts we can see in the right panel on the company page - makes no sense. Need to be able to choose primary contacts that should be visible there, or if not possible and we need to search the first time - the system should add to that column those that had recent activity associated with .
At least allow 5 fields in the association card so that I can see:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Phone Number
{custom contact association tag property}
and then sort by that property - right now to do that I'd have to not only create a complicated workflow to match association labels with contact fields, but then choose if I want to replace email address or phone number (both important) of a contact just to be able to see them at the top of a list!
In our industry, there can be 20+ contacts at a company but there is usually only 1 or 2 VIP contacts that we would routinely want to see listed. It would help if you could sort the list of contacts alphabetically or by association label, create a custom order, or set a few to stand out from the rest.
This would be a game changer. I've told our team to use the association labels for the primary contact, but with 75 contacts on some companies it's nearly impossible to see who the primary contact is when you open the company record. Would love if this one could be considered Hubspot team

I saw the new enhancements. It would still be nice to be able to pin a few of the contact profiles within the Contacts section so they are always at the top. We tend to deal with the same individuals so rather than have to type in their first or last name or title, it would be nice to just be able to pin them at the top of the list so they are always there.
