We have workflows in place to send auto emails to those who complete form submissions and to the internal sales team to notify of form submissions. These are narrowed by custom fields such as interest area. For example-a prospect interested in real estate with a form submission will trigger a specific auto email and the forward to the appropriate sales person. We have re-enrollment set since prospects complete multiple forms with different interest areas. We only want the workflow to be triggered by the form submission but because the interest area is also a filter if that field is changed in the contact record then it re-triggers the workflow because the form was submitted previously. It would be great if one parameter could be defined as the primary trigger with the other filters refining but not determine if the workflow is triggered.
