Currently there is no way to re-arrange the depenedent fields within the form. This makes it very tedious to edit forms after. The only way to move them is by deleting previous ones.
It should just have the same object orientated nature that is present in all of forms API.

Specific case at the moment is a property that has 20 different follow up questions/properties that have been added over time and now urgently require reordering for the form to flow properly and make more sense to the customer.
Would appreciate the ability to participate in testing. I have an immediate need to do some reordering of dependent fields that without this feature would require deleting and recreating of 20 fields just to be able to move one of them.
