Due to churn with our BDR program, we'd like an automated way to re-route Contacts owned by an inactive (Salesforce) user. Right now, we have no way to automatically check in a workflow if the website activity notification is getting sent to a black hole.
I can run a list periodically of inactive users and re-assign old Contacts they owned, but who knows if those Contacts were hot weeks ago before I was able to run this?
