Ranking option for form fields

It would be nice to expand the features of form fields to include a ranking option within the multiple checkbox style. It would be important to also include a n/a option among the listed responses, so that the resulting data is a true representation of submitted information.

Agreed with the ranking system from most important to least important etc. Would be more efficient in identifying our priorities.
