When I am importing line-items into a Deal , the line-items do not show up in the same order as in the csv file, and when creating a Quote all the rows are mixed into a completely random order. Is there a way to fix this in the csv file? Does Hubspot sort the rows in a specific logical way?
This is a major problem as we often need to import a CSV file with many lines, and manually re-ordering them is not practical, to the point where using the quote functionality is in question.
This is so important for us. We need to import line items from our Excel master pricelists (consisting of 100,000s of products) to HubSpot to quote. We add the products in the order that customers give us, so we need HubSpot to respect that order so we can deliver back to customers in the same order.
