It has been over 3 years since this issue has been raised. there are over 1.3B people in the world who write RTL. Why is it taking so long to solve this issue??? This is something that most other programs support!!! I have been begging for this for months after I accidentally sent out dozens of very unprofessional emails without knowing what the customer was receiving. Why does Hubspot not care about us?
Hi All, We are new to HS and are interested in sending out our first Hebrew mailing from a mailing list with Hebrew names. This mail would need to be right margin justified. Can HS support this? Thanks, Hadas
I noticed whlie creating a landing page for our campaign in english and arabic. The Slider functionality doesn't work for arabic language which is RTL.
Can you please include this too in the above request for RTL support.
It's been 5 years since this post was published and 3 years since a HubSpot representative marked it as "In Planning" and still - nothing has changed. That's outright disrespectful of all of HubSpot customers.
I'm trying to build an RTL marketing email and although I can trick a lot of it into appearing correctly, it is not true RTL. Bullets don't work, punctuation is at the wrong end of the sentence. What is happening with RTL support? Its shocking that this thread has been going on for some many years without any significant progress.
3 years in planning???? So execution and implementation will take five more years? This is a crucial feature. Its an edge between failure or success for many businesses.
I couldn't agree more. I ask everyone who has already wrote in this thread to write here again, and ask their friends to write here, so HubSpot will understand. This has to and should be reaolved in a matter of weeks.
Agreed. This is extremely nonsense that RTL support has not yet been addressed for years now. Our team is unable to make use of the very basic feature of sending emails within Hubspot. This is disgraceful, this should be fixed instantly! I would call it a bug.
