Quotes-- could use more flexibility in adjusting units of time

We charge our customers an hourly rate. We are a service business.  Currently, it appears you can only charge in monthly or yearly increments.  I wish I could sell our time in your increments, but that's not realistic for most consulting firms.

We need an hourly increment as well. This one thing inhibits us from using the whole quotes feature and have to look to outside solutions.

What holds us back from using the quotes feature is that we need to be able to set the unit to hours and use decimals (0.5h, 0.25h etc.). 

Would be a great feature and I'm sure many services would use it.
