We would like the ability to add sections to quotes to break up different product types. We have main components and sub components that are used with those and would like to break it up. We also have miscellaneous charges that we would like to add to another section.
We would like the ability to name each section appropriately and also have it come through as a separate sub-total at the bottom (with the same name as described above).
We think many people would benefit from this so we would love to see it happen!

@nwcarlson we're actually going to roll this out within the custom quotes beta, since those customization features will eventually become standard for all quotes. You should see the first versions of this in the beta in the next two months.

Has there been any progression in this. I moved from a great quoting software that allows me way more flexibility with sections. Now I am unable to do this, very disappointing it is.

Did this ever get implemented? It's a basic spreadsheet function. We create Quotes in logical sections, subtotalling at the end of each section. Then at the end a grand total. If it is available please tell me how to find it?
As far asim aware this has been asked for starting back in 2022 I think and still not implemented. There is work arounds using third party’s but that’s the only way. It really is quite unbelievable its not possible to do.
Thanks for your reply Ahwilko, HS are not making many friends with their limited capabilities. I also want to clone Quotes to different Deals but they don't allow that either. Both these things would improve Sales efficiency, allowing more to be done in less time.
Unfortunately there aren't any straight forward solutions for this. There are some workarounds that I'm currently exploring and will let you know if anything works out but it seems incredible to have a CPQ functionality without being able to customize some of the basic fields. Hopefully the product team at HS is looking into this as a critical enhancement otherwise the CPQ tool would not really fit most use cases

also checking on this. It seems like the hubspot team has foggoton about quotes and invoices which is crzy as its literally the thing that runs everyones businesses.
