Open tasks on associated tickets when working task queue

The quick task review is a great feature that helps you quickly go through any incomplete tasks, however it could be improved by prioritising jumping to the linked ticket (if linked), rather than the company.

 

It can be difficult to find your task/ticket within the company page if the company has a lot of tasks. eg, some of our suppliers may have 10 open tasks at one time, all linked to tickets.

 

The tickets hold all the related communications including internal notes, it would greatly speed up our ability to check off our tasks if we can go straight to the linked ticket.

 

This quick task banner at the top of the page is what I'm referring to:

@StephK I was jsut researching this for my team - can't figure out the workflow so makes me think there isn't an easy way to jump from the Task to the specific Ticket associated with the task - seems cumbersome for the user to then try to figure out where to go to actually respond to the ticket and complete the task, no?

 

@hubspot Anyone?
