Put tasks into a sequence and view state/region in the tasks list/view
1. I need to take some of my contacts who I have tasks/old task with and put them into a sequence. This will help me sell better and get quicker responses.
2. I'd like to see if we can add the "state/region" filter to the tasks view. I cover multiple states in various time zones and when looking at my tasks, I can't see what state they are associated with.
Frankly it frustrates me to no end that you cannot add the State/Region to a task list. In my mind this is CRM 101, a basic function probably required by millions of sales perople.
