Push Intercom conversations at company level

For: Support and Sales

 

Description: Intercom conversations logged with the integration are currently pushed at Contact level. 

For companies working at Company level, these are not shown, even when there is a Contact <> Company association.

 

Value add: get overview of Intercom interactions from a company.

 

Example: a company starts a trial. Sales plans on reaching out, in the meantime Support  has a conversation on Intercom with a person from the company. Currently Support needs to write down / add the conversation link at Company level to notify Sales. With this improvement you eliminate that extra work.
