It would be helpful for my sales team to be able to see the latest Note Body or even call activity on an object. This would allow us to easily look at multiple deals from the table view and see what the latest logged activity was, however it could also be used on contacts, companies, and more. I could even see something like this being used within a list to see the last marketing email received by the contact.. I attached a screenshot of how this would look for our use-case.
My team wouldn't go through the effort of double-posting their call details or any notes they log. If they put this info on a property, the ease of viewing the historical record / timeline is then lost. If they put this on the activity feed, we lose the ability to pull that info onto the table mentioned above... This would be solved if the activity updates said property!
