Public reports & dashboards

We have the need to showcase HubSpot reports / dashboards to our clients (and potentially others, who will not be authenticated to HubSpot).

 

It appears current functionality does not allow for this (only sharing with authenticated users) & it would be great to have as a native HubSpot feature.

 

In the meantime, I've developed a work-around by utilizing Google Data Studio and linking HubSpot to it as a data source via the Supermetrics data connector. This allows for data to be showcased by means of sharing my authentication with Data Studio & ultimately users without HubSpot accounts. The data in my Google Data Studio dashboard is updated every 12 hours by this method.

Hi, I have the same need in my company.

 

How could we have a public dashboard ?

I don't mean sending the PDF dashboard to someone.

I mean having a web link that we could share, so other people could only have access to the dashboard.

Agree. We moved from Pipedrive over to Hubspot and it didn't occur to me that this function would not exist in Hubspot already, as it did in Pipedrive.

Adding to this thread and also sending on other community threads.

The ability to have a public URL like many other analytics platforms needs to be made available.

 

Public URL could be allowlisted by IP address too, even.

HubSpot, bumping this thread. Is there any chance of having public URLs available on reports/dashboards so this can be used how we used other systems previously?

Public reports are a serious need for our company as well. We do offload some data externally to visualize in Grafana to get around this but adding another data management step for data that is already existent in the Hubspot platform is a bit of a chore - this is one of those features that will be make or break in the near future.

Bumping this too, we've only been using hubspot for this year and I am disapointed that I can not have dashboards displayed on our TVs around our office.
