Note: this will work as a generic solution and we are also working with Microsoft to get a more streamlined solution built, but we do not have a timeline on that one so the Custom SCIM app will work if you're looking for something to use now!

@MadhavChereddy for our customers, we're looking at just building this in-house. The account provisioning with HubSpot's API is simple enough, just need to set up the other side to poll EntraID periodically (would rather that than relying on any type of outbound triggers). I've mentioned this recently to our contact at HubSpot, so hopefully it gets some traction at some point as it would be nice not to rely on in-house scripts. They have it with Google so it's just a case of getting it prioritised.

I don't understand why any company would offer SCIM-based provisioning for Okta or Google but NOT Entra ID. Do they not want to reach more customers? Far more companies would benefit from this feature being available in Entra than Okta and Google combined.

This is great, @AmandaBaker. Looking forward to streamlining our enterprise customers' onboarding and offboarding experiences. Although the tease that a more streamlined Microsoft solution being worked on means we may just wait a touch longer to see if anything else is announced there!

@AmandaBaker I was able to get this working with Entra, but it seems that the job title and phone number are not being set correctly. Is there guidance that you cna provide about the mapping?
@PerArdne You have to create the app offline and upload it to HubSpot, connect a domain, and then install the app. After that is done you'll get a token that can be used in Entra. The guide is about the Hubspot setup process, but they've left us on our own for Entra. For me it worked as soon as I trimmed down the synced attributes to the minimum needed.
We have this now working - albeait with no documentation from Hubsport for the Microsoft side - but we are unable to sync users Job Titles and Phone Number. Can we please add this
