Provide granular permission for Lead deletion separate from the Bulk Delete area
From this post, I confirmed that the only way for a rep to be able to delete a single lead they created is to give them Bulk Delete or Super Admin permissions. That seems like an excessive amount of additional privileges just to be able to give reps permission to manage their own leads.
Is there a roadmap to create a separate section of permissions per leads, or at least give the creator of the lead(s) permission by default to delete their own lead(s)?
Support this request. Current options are not feasible as standard Sales Rep permissions, whereas deleting own leads is a reasonable requirement. Hope this gets addressed soon. Thanks, Carmel
Partner Admins are also not allowed to bulk delete or bulk edit a lead. (My clients would need to pay for a core seat for me to clean up their old leads.) Similar topic but more general (includes modifying/bulk edit) in this feature request. Please upvote both!
@Lisa-Hubcap , You can be a Partner Admin and a Super Admin at the same time so you can manage this for your customer. But, I would also recommend connecting with your PDM. This is another issue I've found with Partner Admin privileges and she has been pushing it to the Partner team on my behalf. Good luck!
Also, upvoting both because it is a problem that individual reps can't delete a lead as well.
In the same way as normal users can delete Contacts and Companies, it would be great if they could also delete their own Leads. As adoption of the Leads Tool grows, it will become unsustainable for Super Admins.
