Protections for proprietary and confidential documents (restricting printing, downloading, sharing)

It would be great if HubSpot would add the capability to restrict printing, downloading and sharing of documents. This would enable a user to send a hubspot integrated document that has proprietary and confidential information in it with the knowledge that it will only be seen by the person with whom you have intended to share it. If HubSpot could also add a password protection option to documents it would increase security. Having this functionality would reduce the need to seek another service like those provided by dataroom providers.

Hi @agharder , this can be done through CloudFiles app. It provides a hard ID validation feature which would require your client to login / verify their email in order to access the document. Moreover, you can specify the allowed emails / domains so that only those emails will have access. You can check out the app from the HubSpot Marketplace if you'd like.

We are in need of similar functionality.  Our teams share some docs that are perfectly fine to be shared throughout their teams while others are more sensitive and require a more limited circle of sharing.  

We are hacking it by using (and paying for) DocSend (by Dropbox) and sharing the link via HubSpot to maintain some level or trackability, but would save us time, effort, and money to have this feature added to Documents.
