We would love a way for us to allow our less-trained staff to use templates for emails and snippets for calls without the ability to accidentally edit or delete them.
This has been a headache for us for years (although it doesn't happen often). It's still always a fear we will lose something we spent time creating. So we have to be archaic and back them up into Google Docs.
Add permissions to edit and delete snippets and templates!
