The new property sync property types have been tremendously helpful, but would be great if we can increase the limit from 25. Very convenient to avoid working through associations, then searching dependent objects....hopefully this limit gets increased!
This saves us from making so many workflows to copy information. A limit of 25 is small for our enterprise clients. Additionally, you cannot sync a sync property which would be incredibly helpful. Thanks
"Display associated properties" is quite useful, but considering how big data quality is an issue for us, just having 25 property sync fields is just not enough.
Good CRM / IT management involves refactoring and simplifying automations. Enterprise users should get 200 to unlimited sync properties to cut down on unecessary workflows.
This should be simply part of the basic package without any limitations, any good application should have the ability to sync data accross various sections coming from one source. Limiting this is redicilous and in my opinion only a way to get companies to buy the next upgrade...
In Professional the limit seems to be 10. That feels more like a starter suite package - with professional 50 or 100 would be much more appropriate. Enterprise should be able to use unlimited fields.
From an efficiency point of view - this must be much easier on the hubspot servers, then Workflows doing the job (and they will be built...!!). This field could simply be implemented as a pointer, that is then only used "on demand" and needs no update-calculation-power by itself. Busy-Servers? --> Upgrade this limit for everyone and implement it in a smart way!
This is the stuff that will make users leave hubspot. They need to have no cap on synching properties for basic business functions. Otherwise hubspot is making the process take longer not more efficient.
