We currently use the property Next Activity Date to maintain a quick overview of whom to contact when. This, however, leads to the problem that sometimes we're particularly busy and don't meet all tasks' due dates and have to catch up afterwards - but when then the date has passed, these have dropped out of sight in the contact overview. Would it therefore maybe be an idea to supplement with a property along the lines of Earliest incomplete task?
