Properties: Conditional options for forms

rachaelsink

Hello!

I'm a HubSpot partner and I have encountered an instance where my HubSpot customer wants to use the county as a routing option for internal emails. That's great and doable; however, when the customer has nearly two hundred offices around the country, this leads to an overwhelming number of counties listed for a customer to choose from on the form.

Our idea: Use conditional options! By having a State dropdown menu and creating a dropdown for County, we could apply the conditional option for each state.

The Result: The conditional option only works on the contact record and not on forms.

HubSpot, please make this happen for us!

And community, if you have a solution, I would LOVE to hear it!

We absolutely need the Conditional Property Options functionality to also apply to forms!

I run into this often, but one use case on the mind is that a client has offices in different states. When a contact selects one of the states we want the dropdown containing all of their locations to only show locations in that state. It's frusterating that this functionality already exists for the CRM generally, it just doesn't apply to forms.

Hoping HubSpot rolls this out soon!

Another vote here! So much needed.

We work with corporation with many plants and offices. We need that when a new plant submit a form, their plant is considered in a specific division of the parent company, so that the related contact owner can be notified. Now, the only contact owner to be notified is the one of the parent company but the workload is becoming too high.

Thanks!

Another vote to get this added! This functionality would be great and would avoid having to make multiple properties that then have to be added to a workflow which would get them added to the master property.
