Prompt user to connect root domain

Hi team!

If customer were to have CMS Hub Enterprise, it might be a good idea to prompt them to connect their root domain when they attempt to connect subdomain such sa www.xxxxx.com

It may be the case that some customers make the assumption that both are the same.

Site Down. Help!

I connected my root domain and wanted to get my site live and now gettting a site not found error when I type in my URL. All green lights in the dashboard though so I know the domain is connected which also reflects on teh ionos side. What am I doing wrong?
