It would be great if playbooks could be formatted so that the sales rep can ask particular questions, select the drop-down options available and then the next fields would show or you could have 'progressive fields' that would show dependent on the answer chosen in the playbook. This would mean that rather than a large bulk of text when a playbook is being used it would be broken into bite-size pieces for the rep making the call to digest.
We are in the process of manually breaking up our "Core" playbook into multiple for this very reason. It's overwhelming for the reps. But, it means on one single call, some of them might wind up having to open multiple playbooks if the conversation leads there.
