It would be advised that the product team adds a feature to the Products Library that allows for folders within folders. This will make it easier for us to sort our products more specifically and have more organization.
Our team has been working on a new product library organization concept and we're looking for a handful of people that are willing to test these new features in live software. If you're business is B2B and you have some time in the next 2 weeks for a 45 minute live software call, please reach out to vgumaer@hubspot.com.

- no option to have subfolders (eg for folder A, subset into different global regions)
- no ability to select the same product and duplicate it in different folder (eg for product A, have the ability to place it in multiple folders because it is available across several regions)
- no option when creating a product to restrict who can use it (for example, available for select regions/countries/Hubspot users)
As our list of products & regions grow the greater the chance of users selecting the incorrect product for a quote/sale - while we review all quotes for accuracy before ussing to customers, prevention (in the form of more functionality as descirbed above) is needed
Thakns for your consideration - reach out if you need more info/examples
+1 on this as well! We've got a large number of products with strong hiearchical structures, and having an approach that would allow for hierarchical breakout (think division - product - sub product - delivery) would make life vastly simpler. Right now we have this breakout in the product titles and you can search, but unless you can provide us with a larger default window, long names are tedious at best...
+ 1 same needs, the product choice is very poor, many other CRM have a lot more option, subfolder shoud be easy to implement and bring a better user interface, + a way handle folder and subfolder in the import data (2 levels should be enought, but it could more up to infinite number of level)
What is the status update on this, if any? Is HubSpot looking into adding subfolders? This is urgently needed at our organization to be able to efficiently tackle and manage our Product Library, among other features that need and can benefit from folder management.
Would greatly appreciate it if this is considered for development as it would help us reduce some of our internal organizational deficiencies when organizing and utilizing our products folder.
+1 We use PandaDoc right now and the following are making it very hard to transition over:
- No sub-folder option for products.
- No Product Bundle Options
- Only one group of products on the Quote. Through our current tool, we can breakdown by Hardware, Support and Service in one quote.
It's not the biggest deal, but it's frustrating that quote approval is restricted to enterprise. This is standard with Panda and is a pretty big leap from Professional (our current) to enterprise.

Having subfolders would be really helpful for events-focussed salespeople, as it helps to create structure based on year, then drill down into a sub-set of folders for each event.
We could also do with being able to archive folders (eg. 2022 pricings) and have pagination that can scale to more per page.
Not just Product folders but all folder functions within HubSpot. Not being able to organize workflows, emails, lists, forms, etc into sub folders is a huge quality of life change that would be immensely appreciated.
