As of now, admins can enroll either themselves or the whole account in BETA product features. It would be beneficials if admins can choose to enroll single users only. Very often we would like to test a feature before enrolling the whole account. Admins are not always the best choice to test such feature in the cases where those features will be used by first-line users.
I completely agree with @VVold here! We often roll out new BETA versions for the entire account, but in many cases it makes much more sense to use a small test group of users first. As @VVold already described, it often doesn't make much sense for admins to test something, as users have a different perspective on things. This would also provide much more useful feedback for the HubSpot developers of the BETA before the changes actually go live. I'm sad to see that this isn't currently possible.
One idea for implementation would, of course, be to allow users who are not admins to at least register themselves for a BETA.
Another idea would be to be able to enable and disable this in the permissions so that only certain users can register themselves for BETA.
However, my preferred solution would be for me, as an admin, to be given the option to register certain users or teams. This would allow me to brief a team or specific users and then register them for a BETA in order to gather experience for the rest of the users and useful feedback for the HubSpot developers.
