It would be great if products information for an opportunity was included in the Salesforce integration. At the moment, opportunities/deals are passed from SF into hubspot without the products attached.
This is a key feature for us. In our implementation, we would want to sync a Custom Salesforce Object we call Products to the core HubSpot core Products Object, with some custom properties added. In the meantime, I will be attempting to do this using either MS PowerAutomate or Zapier.
It has been an incredibly dissapointing experience to find that HubSpot does not enable out of the box syncing for Deal Line Items to Salesforce Opportuniy Products. To sync Deals and Opportunities without the consideration of line-items leaves out the most important commercial aspect of Deals in the first place, what the customer actually purchased!
We would love to move our Sales team completely into HubSpot, but this is a gradual approach and we have other commercial teams working in Salesforce. Without the ability to seamlessly move from one to the other, I don't see how we could realistically move away from Salesforce into HubSpot.
If the mapping / synch option was available from HS/Salesforce it would reduce double entry and provide single view of opportunity by product/service line at a Group level.
