Once you sell an item to a customer, you should be able to add that product to a registered products section along with a serial number so the sales team know which company has which products before they contact that customer.
This would also help massively with MA and sending rules.
Yes, I too am looking for a way to register products sold. I am looking to accomplish with webpage and form, but if I add custom properties it will only allow my customer to add one product before removing the first with the newest. I need a way to track all of their purchased products for the purposes of warranty claims.
We are selling integration solutions to our customers. So, a customer can have one or more solutions, and they can have different addon's - or even custom main solutions. For us it's important to have a registration of this on the company, as we need it for support and we need it for upsales as well..
