Every company has a product champion. Someone who knows the software inside and out but often we're speaking to other employees who might not be up to scratch with the software etc.
A product champion is the 'Go-To' person in the company whom other staff can reach out to first in the instance of a question relating to the software they're using.
This reduces the amount of time wasted on emails and chats to support etc. when the client can ask the product champion and should the product champion not have the answer they can reach out to the software support and CC the other user in.
The Product Champion is also the person who is usually the primary contact for the client.
I'd like to propose a number of items based on 'Product Champion'
1. Contact Properties - A 'Product Champion' Field would be a drop-down or check box for Yes if this contact is a product champion.
2. Company Properties - A 'Product Champion' Field would be a drop-down list of all associated contacts with that company so you can select 1 or more of those associated contacts as 'Product Champions'.
3. Deal Properties - A 'Product Champion' Field would be a drop-down list of all associated contacts with that deal so you can select 1 or more of those associated contacts as 'Product Champions'.
and where ever else anyone can think of having this field.
