When creating a private knowledgebase article, the only options to embed a pdf is to add a publicly accessible URL, or embed via iframe (which also uses the public URL).
Both options defeat the purpose of the private article and the iframe is not very user friendly.
A method of embedding/linking pdfs which allows them to stay private and not publicly accessible would be great!
The HubSpot rep I spoke to said this is not on the product roadmap for now - unfortunately we will be switching to another KB software. Would love to know if/when the status of this idea changes. Any suggestions for KB software with this functionality (privacy of pdfs) that integrates with HS is greatly appreciated!
