Prioritizing tickets through email
I was looking for a way to prioritize some support emails that would come from my IT team as High priority that would go straight to the top. Is there a way to do this in HubSpot?

Hi @DCarter,

 

Yes, this is possible! Tickets created from emails have this information stored in the ticket property Source:

You can either create and pin a filtered ticket view based on this ticket property (and manually bulk edit the tickets from this view to set their priority) or use a ticket-based workflow that enrolls all tickets with "Source is equal to any of Email", followed by the action "Set property value" of Priority to "High".
